All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to a wide range of countries and regions worldwide via trusted international carriers. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and selected service level. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available for orders meeting a specified value—please refer to our current promotions for details.

4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the latest status under “My Orders.”

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping or product prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier immediately. For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us at farsunashop@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
